In this regard petitioners have filed a suit seeking cancellation of sale deed and also permanent injunction, which is said to be pending since 2022. The said suit is numbered as O.S. No. 70/2022. 3. Petitioners have sought a direction to the court concerned to expedite hearing of the suit. 4. Having regard to the facts of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a request the court concerned to make endeavour to decide the suit within eighteen months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
