Today learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record communication dated 17.09.2025 as addressed by Financial Advisor & C.A.O Himachal Road Transport Corporation Shimla to the Branch Manager,K.C Co-operative Bank Ltd. Amb, District Una, H.P., whereby it has been communicated that amount of dearness/interim relief arrears of Rs. 49557/- on account of DA/IR arrears, be disbursed to the present petitioner being full payment on account of due and admissible arrears of DA/IR as per order passed by this Court in in CWP No. 2603 of 2025, dated 05.03.2025. 1Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 4. Consequently, nothing survives in the instant petition and the same is according closed. However, it is made clear that in case any of the grievances still remains unaddressed,the petitioner shall be at liberty to revive the present proceedings by filing appropriate application.
