1. This petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 / Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of F.I.R. No. 0168 dated 29.09.2025 registered under Sections 318(4) and 319(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 / Sections 420 and 419 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at P.S. Cyber Crime, District Palwal, Haryana (Annexure P-4), and all consequential proceedings arising from the said F.I.R., for inter alia, being a complete abuse of the process of law.
2. Notice of motion.
3. Ms. Malvika Singh, learned DAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent–State. On instructions from Inspector Naveen, Police Station Cyber Crime, Palwal, she submits that an untraced report has been prepared and the same shall be filed in the Court shortly.
4. In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, no further orders are required to be passed in the present case.
5. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of.
