Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) Crime P.S. Case No. 135/2025 for the offence registered under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) of BNS and Sections 66(B), 66(C), 66(D) & 84(C) of I.T. Act, now said to have been pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum- Special Judge, Cyber Crime Case, Deoghar. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that one mobile phone and one SIM card is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and as per his knowledge, the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 28.09.2025. 3. The learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer and has submitted that as per case-diary, there are two criminal links and 10 F.I.Rs relating to cyber offence have been registered against the petitioner at different locations. 4. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and considering the direct allegation against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
