However, learned counsel for the applicant/ petitioner has produced on record photocopy of the compliance affidavit alongwith copy of office order dated 03.01.2026, in which, it has been stated that in compliance to order dated 21.04.2026, case of the petitioner alongwith other petitioners was considered and none of the Assistant Librarian fulfills the terms and conditions for award of Pay Band-IV as per the guidelines issued by the UGC, R & P Rules applicable to them and other terms and conditions. Therefore, in this view of the matter, no further orders are required to be passed in the present application and the matter is closed However, liberty is reserved to the applicant/petitioner to assail office order dated 03.01.2026 in accordance with law, if he is still aggrieved.
