JUSTICE ROBIN PHUKAN ORDER 12.06.2026 Heard Mr. N.J. Gogoi, learned counsel for the applicants/claimants. Also head Mr. S.K. Goswami, learned counsel for the respondent/opposite party No.1 and Mr. S. Pegu, learned counsel for the SBI General Insurance Co. Ltd. This application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, is preferred by applicants to withdraw 50% of the awarded amount deposited before the Registry of this Court in connection with MFA No.59/2024. Mr. Gogoi, learned counsel for the applicants/claimants submits that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 18.11.2024 passed in I.A.(Civil) No.3504/2024, the opposite party No.1 has deposited 50% of the awarded amount before the Registry of this Court, vide deposit slip, dated 27.11.2024 and the applicants herein may be allowed to withdraw Page No.# 3/3 the same. Mr. Goswami, learned counsel for the opposite party No.1 submits that he has no objection, but he submits that the applicants may be allowed to withdraw the amount subject to furnishing a bond. Accordingly, taking note of the submission of learned counsel for both the parties, this interlocutory application stands allowed, subject however furnishing one bond of equal amount before the Registry of this Court. And further, Mr. Gogoi shall furnish the amended cause title in this application. Mr. Goswami has pointed out that in the present case the applicant Nos.2—6 are minors and there is a requirement of protection of interest. The submission of Mr. Goswami shall be considered at the time of final disposal of the appeal. In terms of above, this I.A. stands disposed of. Comparing Assistant Sd/- Robin Phukan JUDGE
