I respectfully submit that, upon completion of a detailed and elaborate investigation, a final report has been filed before the Learned Judicial Magistrate Court No-II, Attur, Salem District, through e-filing on 29.01.2026 vide PRC-LTN-20230000650C202600102 and the same is yet to be taken on file.” 2. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the Judicial Magistrate No-II, Attur, Salem District, to act upon the police report filed in Crime No.85 of 2022 within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.
