The present appeal has been filed for seeking enhancement of compensation as awarded vide order dated 10.04.2015 passed by Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Beawar, District-Ajmer in Claim Case No.65/13(48/13). [2026:RJ-JP:21946] (2 of 2) [CMA-2812/2015] 2. Both the learned counsels for the claimants-appellants as well as Insurance Company, jointly submitted that during the pendency of appeal, claimants as well as Insurance Company have entered into compromise pursuant to which the Insurance Company has agreed to pay Rs.5,50,000/- to the claimants- appellants as enhanced compensation within a period of two months from passing of order on the compromise, failing which such amount shall carry interest @ 6% per annum till actual realization of the amount. 3. Compromise dated 12.05.2026 has been signed by respective learned counsels appearing for the claimants as well as Insurance Company. The same is taken on record. 4. In view of the consensus arrived at between learned counsel for the parties, the present S.B. Civil Miscellaneous Appeal No.2812/2015 is disposed of and the impugned award dated 10.04.2015 is modified accordingly. (ANAND SHARMA),J 176/DAKSH
