Jiya Lal Bhardwaj, Judge (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a similar claim as has been raised in the present petition was raised by one of the employees of the respondent-Corporation by preferring CWP(OA) No.5075 of 2019, titled, Sumitra Chandel vs. Municipal Corporation, Shimla, and this Court vide judgment dated 28.07.2022 had ordered regularization of her services as Clerk upon completion of 7 years of daily wage service, in terms of regularization policy of the State Government. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions that his client would be satisfied in case the respondent is directed to consider the claim of the petitioner on the analogy of the decision passed by this Court referred to hereinabove. 3. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the respondent submits that in case the petitioner makes a representation, the competent authority will look into the matter and take appropriate decision. 4. In view of this, the respondent-Corporation is directed to consider the representation, which shall be made by the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from today and the appropriate authority shall take a decision within a period of four weeks’ thereafter. However, it is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the competent authority shall take independent decision. 3 5.
