T JANARDHAN RAO Counsel for the Respondent(S): 1. The Court made the following: ORDER Heard Sri T. Janardhan Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. The sole plaintiff in the suit O.S.No.88 of 2022 on the file of the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Gudur, filed the above Civil Revision Petition (hereinafter referred to as ‘the revision’) under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a direction to the trial court to dispose of the suit expeditiously. 3. The petitioner/plaintiff filed suit O.S.No.88 of 2022, initially against the respondents 1 to 3 / defendants 1 to 3, seeking declaration of title over item No.5 of the plaint schedule property and consequential relief of permanent injunction, restraining the defendants, their men, etc., from interfering with his peaceful possession and enjoyment of the plaint schedule property. 4. Subsequently, defendants 4 and 5 came on record, as per the order dated 16.12.2025 in I.A.No.427 of 2025. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the suit is filed in the year, 2022 and the trial commenced on 04.12.2024. The defendants evidence was closed on 10.07.2025 and the suit has not yet been disposed of. 6. Considering the relief sought in the revision, this Court has called for information from the trial court regarding the stage of the suit. Accordingly, this Court received the proceeding sheet through WhatsApp, and a copy of the same is placed before this Court. 7. A perusal of the proceeding sheet discloses that after closure of the defendants’ evidence, the suit was posted to 24.07.2025 for arguments. At that juncture, third parties filed I.A.No.427 of 2025 to permit them to come on record as defendants 4 and 5. The said application was allowed on 16.12.2025. Thereafter, the suit was adjourned for filing of neat copy of the plaint, and the same was filed on 20.01.2026. Thereafter, the suit underwent several adjournments for filing of additional written statements by defendants 1 to 3 and written statement by defendants 4 and 5. On 20.07.2026, the trial court recorded that no additional issues are required to be framed and adjourned the matter to 04.08.2026 for arguments. 8. Given the above facts and circumstances of the case, as the suit is at the stage of arguments, the trial court shall expedite hearing and dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible, keeping in view the circular issued by this Court vide R.O.C.No.560/OP/CELL/ 2022, dated 23.11.2022. 9. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
