This bail application has been filed under Sections 483 and 484 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 wherein, prayer has been made for grant of bail as the petitioner is in custody in connection with Keredari P.S. Case No. 105/2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 2365 of 2025 with reference to S.T. Case No. 471 of 2025, for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 118(2), 109, 351(2) and 352 of the B.N.S., 2023 which is pending in the Court Learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Hazaribag. 2. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State. 3. Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. 4. The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner had stabbed the husband of the informant with a sharp knife in his neck, stomach and chest. 4. Considering the fact that there is direct allegation upon the petitioner of stabbing the husband of the informant, I am not inclined to release this petitioner on bail. 5.
