This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of three applications for substitution filed under Order 22 Rule IV of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 on April 4, 2018, March 26, 2019 and September 26, 2025 in Ejectment Suit No. 234 of 2010 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 6th Court at Alipore, Soth 24- Parganas as well as for expeditious disposal of the aforesaid Ejectment Suit itself. 2. Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that although the first two applications had been filed within time, the third application was filed with a prayer for condonation of delay in substitution. It is submitted that despite substantial time having been elapsed since the filing of the said applications, the same are yet to be disposed of. 2 3. In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed, no direction for prior service of a copy of the revisional application along with a notice on the opposite parties is being made, however, the plaintiff/applicant shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite parties within a week from date. 4. Having heard learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner and having perused the material on record this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 6th Court at Alipore, South 24-Parganas to dispose of the aforesaid applications for substitution pending before the said Court in connection with the Ejectment Suit No.234 of 2010 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two months from the next date fixed. 5. Thereafter the learned Trial Court is requested to expedite the hearing of the Ejectment Suit No. 234 of 2010 and dispose of the same within one year from the date of disposal of the aforesaid applications without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. 6.
