Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that evidences of five witnesses have been completed and there are no material surfacing against the present petitioner. The petitioner is in custody for about three years ten months as there is no possibility of the trial concluding soon, the petitioner may be released on bail. On the other hand, learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that since all efforts would be taken to complete the prosecution witnesses at the earliest, as a matter of last chance, I direct that in case the evidence of the prosecution witnesses, are not completed in spite of cooperation extended by the petitioner and the prosecution is unable to complete such witnesses which are left within a period of six months, the learned Trial Court 2 would be at liberty to release the petitioner on bail, at this stage the prayer for of the petitioner is dismissed. With the aforesaid direction the C.R.M. (M) 513 of 2026, is, thus, disposed of.
