BATHALA RAMESH The Court made the following order: Aggrieved by non-consideration of the representation dated 20.01.2023 seeking mutation of names in the revenue records with respect to subject property to an extent of Ac.1.97 cents in Sy.No.189/2B2C7 situated in Thimmayapalem village, Vinukonda mandal, Palnadu district, the present writ petition is filed. 2. Heard Sri GVS Mehar Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Venkata Satyanarayana, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. 2 3. Sri Venkata Satyanarayana, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue upon instructions of Revenue Divisional Officer, Narsaraopet dated 09.07.2026 submitted that, the authorities have already issued an endorsement vide Rc.No.1217/2026-G dated 04.07.2026 on the petitioner’s representation dated 20.01.2023, therefore there remains nothing for adjudication in this writ petition and accordingly prayed to dismiss the writ petition. 4. A perusal of the instructions placed on record dated 09.07.2026 would indicate that the authorities have already issued an endorsement vide Rc.No.1217/2026-G dated 04.07.2026 on the petitioner’s representation dated 20.01.2023. If the petitioner has any grievance against the said endorsement, he/she can always question the same before appropriate authority in accordance with law. In view of the same, there remains nothing for adjudication in this writ petition and the same is liable to be closed. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
