According to petitioner, due to excess sale, she needs additional quota of country liquor, which is not being provided to her. In this regard, petitioner has made a representation, which is said to be pending before the District Excise Officer. The date of making such representation is mentioned as UKHC010118702026 2026:UHC:5676 25.05.2026. 6. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to District Excise Officer concerned to decide the representation of the petitioner, as per law, within three weeks from date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
