Ali, the learned counsel appearing for the accused-applicant. Also heard Mr. R.J. Baruah, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Page No.# 2/2 2. This is an application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, praying for granting pre-arrest bail to the accused-applicant in connection with Basistha Police Station G.D.E. No. 1228/2026. 3. A Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 11.05.2026 called for the report from Basistha Police Station if there is any case filed against the accused-applicant. 4. Though no report has been received when the matter was taken up today, however, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that he has received instructions from the Officer-In-Charge that no case has been filed or registered against the accused-applicant till today. 5. In view of the aforesaid, since there is no apprehension of the arrest of the accused-applicant, the instant Anticipatory Bail application is dismissed. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
