The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ/order/direction and direct the State/Respondent No. 2 to pay the petitioners Rs. 4750-7440 grade pay Rs. 1300/- in pursuance of the order dated 19.12.2024 passed by State Government and order dated 15.01.2025 passed by this Hon’ble Court in WP (S) No. 1863/2023 (Ranjeet Lal & Ors. Vs. State of Chhattisgarh & Ors.). 10.2 Any other relief which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit.” 3 2. Learned counsel for the Respondents/State submits that petitioner has enclosed the order dated 15.01.2025 passed in WP (S) No. 1863/2023 ‘Ramjeet Lal & Ors. Vs. State of Chhattisgarh & Ors.’ and other connected matters wherein, those writ petitions were disposed of considering the order dated 19.12.2024 by the Additional Secretary, Tribal Welfare & Development Department, State of Chhattisgarha granting the benefit of pay-scale as sought for by the petitioner and therefore, this writ petition can also be disposed of in similar terms. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is seeking the same relief as granted to the petitioners in WP (S) No. 1863/2023. 4. On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the respective parties, facts and circumstances of the case and the order dated 19.12.2024 issued by the Additional Secretary, State of Chhattisgarh, nothing remains in this writ petition for adjudication and therefore, this writ petition is disposed of in similar terms in light of the order dated 19.12.0224 of the State Government. 5.
