JUSTICE PRAVEER BHATNAGAR Order 22/05/2026 1. The instant bail application has been filed under Section 483 BNSS on behalf of accused-petitioner. The accused-petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No. 130/2026 registered at Police Station Kotwali Sawaimadhopur, District Sawai Madhopur for the offences under Sections 318(4) and 319(2) of BNS and Section 66D of IT Act. 2. Learned counsel for the accused-petitioner submits that the accused-petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the charge-sheet has already been submitted. In the charge-sheet, it has been specifically stated that the complainant Vigresh, Archana and Bigreth Roy refused to give their statement. The offences alleged against the accused- petitioner are exclusively triable by Magistrate. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application. 4. Heard and perused the contents of the charge-sheet. 5. In the charge-sheet, it has specifically stated that complainant Vigresh, Archana and Bigreth Roy refused to give their statement, therefore, considering the aforesaid facts, I deem it just and proper to enlarge the accused-petitioner on bail. 6. Accordingly, the bail application under Section 483 BNSS is allowed and it is ordered that the accused-petitioner Vishal Son Of Madan Lal, in connection with FIR No. 130/2026 registered at Police Station Kotwali Sawaimadhopur, District Sawai Madhopur, shall be enlarged on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Judge for his appearance before the court concerned on all the dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
