Since the aforesaid representation given by the petitioner has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 2. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner’s representation dated 08.10.2025 seeking for cancellation of patta, which is presently standing in the name of the respondents 4 to 21, after hearing objections if any from the respondents 4 to 21 as well as any other party whom the official respondents deem fit to enquire, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
