Hence, the case. 3.The earlier bail application of the petitioners was dismissed by this Court, vide order dated 20.11.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.31726 of 2025 for the following reasons: “6.Considering the quantity of the contraband seized from the petitioners is a commercial quantity and rigours of Section 37 of NDPS Act is applicable to this case and no grounds were made out for satisfying twin conditions of Section 37 of NDPS Act, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with certain conditions: 7.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.” 4. Since, this is the second bail application, there is no change in circumstances, this Court would not be entertained this application. 5.
