This matter was mentioned by pointing out urgency in the sense that the meeting of the respondent authority is ongoing today and tomorrow i.e., on 20.01.2026. 3. The learned Counsel on either side would submit that the proposal can be considered in accordance with law by the respondent even in the meeting that is taking place tomorrow (20.01.2026). 4.
