The writ petition is filed against the action of the respondents in not releasing the quarterly scholarship installments for the academic year 2016-17 amounting to Rs.1,20,000/- and for the academic year 2018-19 amounting to Rs. 1,30,000/-, totalling Rs.2,50,000/- towards tuition fee reimbursement under the Jnanabhumi (RTF) scheme. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner, that the issue involved in the present case is covered by the order dated 13.03.2026, passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.Nos.22402 of 2024 & Batch. A copy of the same is filed along with the Writ Petition as a material paper. 4. In terms of the aforesaid order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms thereof. There shall be no order as to costs. 5 5.
