This is an application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre-arrest bail to the accused/applicant, Md.Rahul Ali apprehending arrest in Page No.# 2/2 connection with the North Lakhimpur P.S. Case No. 125/2026, under Sections 305(a)/329(3) of the BNS, 2023. 3. An FIR was lodged on 04.05.2026 by the informant alleging that some persons have stolen one cattle from his cattleshed between the night of 02.05.2026 to 03.05.2026. 4. On receipt of the FIR, police registered North Lakhimpur P.S. Case No. 125/2026 under the aforementioned sections and arrested three accused persons. 5. The learned counsel appearing for the accused-applicant submits that accused applicant is not connected with the case and he is apprehending arrest as his name has been taken by the arrested accused person. 6. Case Dairy in the instant case has been produced and the same is perused. 7. After perusal of the Case Dairy and finding prima facie sufficient incriminating materials against the accused applicant, this instant anticipatory bail application is rejected. 8.
