Having regard to the facts of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to District Magistrate, Nainital to consider and dispose of petitioner’s application dated 10.02.2023 (annexure 7 to the writ petition), one way or the other, within six weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
