This is an application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of transit anticipatory bail to the petitioner, namely, Md. Suraj Ali @ Suraj Page No.# 2/2 Ali in respect of Cyber Crime No.04/2025 registered at Cyber Crime Police Station, District – Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh. 3. The petitioner Md. Suraj Ali @ Suraj Ali has received a notice under Section 35 (3) of the BNSS, 2023 from the aforesaid police station. 4. Mr. Hussain has submitted that the petitioner is interested in cooperating with the police investigation and therefore he will approach the appropriate Court at Uttar Pradesh. Therefore, Mr. Hussain submits that the petitioner needs some time to go to Uttar Pradesh. 5. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsels of both sides. 6. The petitioner Md. Suraj Ali @ Suraj Ali is allowed 30 days’ time from today to approach the appropriate Court at Uttar Pradesh for seeking bail. If before expiry of 30 days from today, the petitioner Md. Suraj Ali @ Suraj Ali is arrested in connection with Cyber Crime No.04/2025 registered at Cyber Crime Police Station, District – Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh, he shall be released on bail of Rs.25,000/- with a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting authority. 7. This order shall be applicable for the next 30 days only. With the aforesaid direction, this pre-arrest bail application stands disposed of accordingly. The CD shall be returned.
