When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the learned Additional District Munsif-cum- Judicial Magistrate, Ambur, had rejected the petition filed by the petitioners under Section 144 of the BNSS, in MC.Sr.No.3443 of 2025 on merits, vide impugned docket order dated 18.06.2025, without even numbering the same. Hence, he sought permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal original petition with liberty to file a revision, challenging the said docket order. An endorsement to the said effect was also made by the learned counsel for the petitioners in the petition today. 3.
