SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA Order 22/05/2026 1. An application has been moved seeking rectification of error in the order dated 06.03.2026. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that words “Sole Arbitrator” used in paragraph 1 of the order needs to be corrected. The prayer made in the application was for appointment of an Arbitrator to complete the Coram of Arbitral Tribunal. Therefore, the words “Sole Arbitrator” may be corrected accordingly. 3. This Court finds that an inadvertent error has occurred in paragraph 1 of the order dated 06.03.2026. Accordingly, the [2026:RJ-JP:21944] (2 of 2) [CMAP-105/2026] words “Sole Arbitrator” used in paragraph 1 shall be read as “appointment of an Arbitrator to complete the Coram of Arbitral Tribunal” and stand corrected accordingly. 4.
