The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 23.06.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in Writ Petition No.14735/2023 (S-RES). 2. The complainant had filed the said writ petition impugning an endorsement dated 23.05.2023, whereby the proposal for change of trade of the petitioner from Mechanic Radio and Television (MRTV) Trade to Workshop Science and Engineering Drawing was rejected. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:22541-DB CCC No. 1442 of 2025 3. The learned Single Judge had found that a change of trade had been permitted to another person named Sri M.K. Venkatesh and, accordingly, directed the accused to examine the complainant's representation in the light of the orders passed in the case of Sri M. K. Venkatesh. 4. The accused has filed compliance affidavit, inter alia, enclosing therewith an order dated 09.02.2026 transferring the complainant to Sri M.Vishweshwaraiah ITI, Kunigal as JTO in Electronic Mechanic Trade. 5. The complainant submits that the said order is not in full compliance of the order passed by the learned Single Judge as the complainant would be denied his salary from the date he is entitled for such change in trade. The order dated 23.06.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge is of limited import and merely directed the concerned authorities to reconsider the complainant's case. The same has been done. 6. In the event the complainant is aggrieved by the said order of transfer or has any other grievance, the complainant is not - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:22541-DB CCC No. 1442 of 2025 precluded from availing any substantive remedies, albeit in accordance with law. 7.
