GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following order: Aggrieved by the action of the respondent authorities in contemplating to lay the road through petitioners agricultural lands covered by Sy.Nos.159, 160-2 & 160-1 situated in Konakanamitla village and mandal, Praksam district, the present writ petition is filed. 2. Heard Sri N.Krishna Sai, learned counsel representing learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Venkata Satyanarayana, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. 2 3. Sri Venkata Satyanarayana, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue upon instructions of Tahsildar, Konakanamitla mandal dated 13.07.2026 submitted that, the authorities have already issued resumption orders dated 22.01.2026 with regard to the subject properties. 4. To the said submission, learned counsel for the petitioners sought liberty to question the said resumption proceedings. 5. Since the authorities have already passed resumption orders dated 22.01.2026 with regard to the subject properties and the petitioners have an intention to avail other alternative remedy available to them, there remains nothing for adjudication and the writ petition is liable to be closed. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. However the petitioners are at liberty to avail other alternative remedy available to them in accordance with law. No costs.
