JUSTICE A. GUNESHWAR SHARMA ORDER 16.03.2026 [1] Present Ms. Ayangleima, learned counsel for the petitioner in WP(C) No. 789 of 2025 & WP(C) No. 820 of 2025; Md. Syed Murtaza Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner in WP(C) No. 848 of 2025; Mr. S. Niranjan, learned GA on behalf of the State respondents and Mr. M. Tapan Sharma, learned counsel for the respondent no. 4 in WP(C) No. 820 of 2025 and respondent no. 3 in WP(C) No. 848 of 2025. [2] Mr. M. Tapan Sharma, learned counsel has also filed MC(WP(C)) No. 141 of 2026 and MC(WP(C)) No. 140 of 2026 for vacation of the earlier interim order. [3] Md. Syed Murtaza Ahmed, learned counsel has also filed MC(WP(C)) No. 773 of 2025 for passing appropriate interim order. [4] During the course of hearing, Ms. Ayangleima, learned counsel and Md. Syed Murtaza Ahmed, learned counsel for the writ petitioners, on instruction submit that the writ petitions may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh one. [5] Mr. S. Niranjan, learned GA for the State respondents and Mr. M. Tapan Sharma, learned counsel for the private respondents have no objection. [6] Recording the submissions made at the bar, the present writ petitions being WP(C) No. 789 of 2025, WP(C) No. 820 of 2025 & WP(C) No. 848 of 2025 along with connected misc. applications being MC(WP(C)) No. 141 of 2026, MC(WP(C)) No. 140 of 2026, MC(WP(C)) No. 727 of 2025, MC(WP(C)) No. 751 of 2025 & MC(WP(C)) No. 773 of 2025 are dismissed as withdrawn. [7] Earlier interim order is merged with the final order and application for vacation of interim order also stands vacated. [8] It is clarified that the withdrawal of present cases are without prejudice the right of the parties and liberty to approach this Court again, if so advised. [9] Furnish a copy of this order to the learned counsel appearing for the parties by whatsapp or any other available mode.
