By order dated 12.8.2024, the learned Addl. Commissioner of Settlement and Consolidation, Berhampur disposed of S.R.P. Case No.352 of 2022 under Section 15(b) of the O.S. & S. Act with the following direction; “The Tahasildar, Berhampur is directed to mutate an extent of Ac.0.413 dec, (available extent against the Hal plot No.2390) from Hal Plot No.2390 pertaining to Hal Khata No.l70 of Mouza: Ankuli in favour of the petitioner in a separate Khata after giving ample opportunity of being heard the recorded tenant of the suit plot and verifying the peaceful physical possession of the petitioner over the suit land and correct the ROR & MAP accordingly. Send a copy of this order to the Tahasildar, Berhampur for necessary compliance within a period of one month from the date of receipt of this order.” 3. The grievance of the Petitioner is that the said order has not been acted upon as yet. 4. The Writ Petition is therefore, disposed of directing the Tahasildar, Berhampur to act upon the aforementioned order of the Addl.
