The writ petition is filed against the action of the respondent Nos.1 to 4 in not issuing a Provisional Community Certificate certifying the petitioner as belonging to the Kondakapu Scheduled Tribe (ST) Community, to enable the petitioner to participate in APPOLYCET-2026 counselling and secure admission into the Diploma Course. 3. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to the interim directions of this Court dated 02.07.2026, the Tahsildar had issued Provisional Caste Certificate dated 09.07.2026, for the purpose of attending APPOLYCET-2026 counselling. It is further stated that the cause does not survive and no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition. 2. Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
