The petitioner herein/plaintiff filed above said suit for recovery of damages against the respondents herein/defendants. It is seen from the typed set of papers that the suit was of the year 2025 and the pleadings of the parties are not yet completed. 3. In view of the fact that the pleadings of the parties are not yet completed, this court is not inclined to give any positive direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the said suit. 4. Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to move this court after substantial progress in the suit.
