At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that impugned order dated 10.06.2019 (Annexure-P/01), which is challenged in this writ petition, is an internal communication issued by the CEO, SAIFAN KHAN Digitally signed by SAIFAN KHAN 2 Janpad Panchayat, Abhanpur to the Block Education officer, Abhanpur, District Raipur. However, at present, nothing adverse has been done against the petitioner, therefore, she may be granted liberty to pursue the remedy once any action is taken against her. 2. The prayer is fair and reasonable and it is not opposed by the other side. 3. In that view of the matter, all the writ petitions are disposed of with liberty reserved in favour of the petitioners that as and when any adverse action is taken against her, she may question the same, in accordance with law.
