Heard learned Counsel Mr. A.A.A.Dewan for the petitioner and Mr. D.P.Goswami, learned Addl.Public Prosecutor for the respondent State. 2. This is an application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre-arrest bail to the accused/applicants, namely, (1) Shekbor Ali, (2) Musharof Hussain @ Musaraf, (3) Mushahida Begum, (4) Shaha Alam @ Raja and (5) Momtaj Begum @ Mamtaz Begum, apprehending arrest in connection with the Moirabari P.S. Case No. 34/2026, registered under Sections 318(3)/296/115(2)/118(2)/109/3(5) of the BNS, 2023. 3. The learned Addl.Public Prosecutor has submitted that charge sheet in the instant case being Charge Sheet No.45/2026 dated 14.05.2026 has been filed. 4. In view of the aforesaid, the instant anticipatory bail petition is disposed of with a direction to the accused- applicants to approach the jurisdictional court within a period of 10 days from this order, if so advised. Till the appearance of the accused-applicants before the jurisdictional court, the interim order dated 04.05.2026 shall be extended. 5.
