Mohd Adnan --Petitioner Versus State Of Uttarakhand --Respondent
Hon'ble Alok Mahra, J.
Ms. Prabha Naithani,
learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. Mr. Prabhat Kandpal, learned A.G.A. along with Mr. Jai Prakash Kandpal, learned Brief Holder for the State.
3. Learned State Counsel would submit that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the charge-sheet has been submitted before the competent court. It is, therefore, contended that the relief sought in the writ petition no longer survives and the petition has consequently become infructuous.
4. In view of the above, the criminal writ petition has become infructuous and is accordingly dismissed.
5. No order as to costs.
