This is an application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for granting of pre-arrest bail to the accused/ applicant in connection with Page No.# 2/2 Noonmati P.S. Case No. 73/2026 under Sections 303(2)/ 112(2) of the BNS, 2023. An FIR was lodged on 05.05.2026 alleging stealing of bundle rods from the house of the informant. It was alleged that some of the accused persons were caught red handed. However, the accused/ applicant somehow managed to flee. The case diary in the instant case has been received and the same is perused.
