None appears for the private respondents despite service. The petitioners allege that the private respondents are obstructing them from effecting repairs of their dwelling house situated on their own land. The petitioners lodged complaint before the police authority which was not acted upon. It is submitted by the State that enquiry has been held pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioners and the complaint has been diarised. The relief claimed by the petitioners appear to be civil in nature. The petitioners are at liberty to approach the appropriate civil forum for redressal of their grievance. In the meantime the police authority shall maintain strict vigil in the area in order to avoid any untoward incident and to ensure maintenance of peace and tranquility. The writ petition is disposed of. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
