This is an application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of Page No.# 2/2 pre-arrest bail to the accused/applicant, Biswajit Mahanand apprehending arrest in connection with the Gingia P.S. Case No. 34/2026, under Sections 69/351(3) of the BNS, 2023. 3. An FIR was lodged on 02.05.2026 by the informant alleging that the accused person, who was in a love relationship with the informant, had been physically exploiting her on the promise of marriage; that 6 months back from filing of the FIR, the accused person took her to a nearby school and therein also, he had physical relationship with her and due to the aforesaid, she has become 6 month‘s pregnant. 4. In view of the aforesaid FIR, police has registered Gingia P.S. Case No. 34/2026 under the aforementioned sections. 5. Case Dairy in the instant case has been produced and the same is perused. 6. After perusal of the Case Dairy and finding sufficient prima facie incriminating materials against the accused applicant, this instant anticipatory bail application is rejected. 7.
