According to the applicant, they filed the main petition for grant of Letters of Administration in respect of the Will dated 07.03.1981. Both the attestors of the Will are no more. Therefore, they want to examine the witness to identify the signature of the testator as well as attestors and therefore, filed this application. 3. The other side has not seriously objected. 4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed. 5.
