According to petitioner, in the revenue records of 1929, the land was stated as one reserved for depressed class people. 2. In the entire petition, no averment of fact is made as to when the land was re-classified as government land and under what proceedings. All these information could have been obtained under the Right to Information Act. Without making proper research, this half baked petition has been filed, which does not warrant indulgence. 3. With liberty to file proper petition, this petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
