JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, petitioners seek the following reliefs : "a) Issue a writ of certiorari quashing the order dated 11.12.2025, passed by the learned XV Addl.City Civil & Sessions Judge, Bangalore, in Ex.No.1204/2023, vide Annexure-D. b) Pass such other orders or direction/s as may be deemed fit to grant, including cost of the case, in the view of facts and circumstances of this above case in the interest of justice and equity." 2. When the matter was came up before this Court on 09.02.2026, the following interim order was passed : " Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would deposit a total sum of Rs.20,00,000 before the Executing Court on or before the next date of hearing. The aforesaid submission is placed on record. Re-list on 26.02.2026. It is made clear that in the event the petitioners do not deposit a total sum of Rs.20,00,000 on or before 26.02.2026, the present petition shall stand automatically dismissed without further orders and without reference he Bench. Interim order granted earlier is extended till the next date of hearing." 3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the aforesaid interim order passed by this Court directing the - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:12272 WP No. 38960 of 2025 petitioners to deposit Rs.20,00,000/- before the Executing Court on or before today has not been complied with by the petitioners. 4.
