The petitioner by way of present petition, has prayed for the following substantive reliefs; (i) That the Writ of mandamus that may kindly be issued to the respondents to pay the benefit of one increment w.e.f. 01.12.1985, like Shri Kirpa Ram (Junior to the petitioner) with all consequential benefits including retiral benefits alongwith interest @ 12% per annum from the due date till the date of its realization. (ii) That the record of the case may kindly be called for. During the pendency of the writ petition, the respondents have taken a call on the representation dated 20.03.2020 and the claim of the petitioner has been rejected vide office order dated 08.04.2026 as is evident from Annexure R-3/1. 3. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition may be disposed of, reserving liberty to assail the order dated 08.04.2026. 4. In view of the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed of with liberty reserved to the petitioner to assail the order dated 08.04.2026. 5.
