Vide earlier order, this Court sought instructions from respondent no.5. Respondent no.5 made a statement before this Court that 90% of the G.P.F. amount payable to the petitioner had been sanctioned vide order dated 15.06.2026. On the statement made by learned counsel for respondent no. 5, rest of the act is to be done on the part of the respondent-State, State Counsel was directed to seek instructions in the matter. 6. Today, learned State Counsel supplied instructions to the Court, which are taken on record.
