He also claims that the patta has already been issued in his favour for the said property. The grievance of the petitioner is that till date, the respondents 1 and 4 have failed to mutate the patta transfer entries and also the sub division effected pertaining to the subject property in the appropriate register maintained by the Tiruvarur municipality. In view of the same, the petitioner has given a representation on 13.09.2025 seeking for mutation of patta transfer entries and also for sub division effected pertaining to the subject property in the appropriate register maintained by the Tiruvarur municipality and to issue certified copies of the same.
