Since both the applications arise out of the same F.I.R. are taken up together for consideration. 2. The Petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No.640 of 2026 arising out of Khandagiri P.S. Case No.254 of 2026, pending before the learned J.M.F.C.-1 (Cog. Taking), Bhubaneswar for commission of offences punishable under Sections 115(2)/ 351(2)/ 296/ 316(4)/ 324(4)/ 3(5) of BNS. 3. Learned counsel for the State on instruction submits that in the meanwhile the Investigating Agency has taken recourse to the provisions as contained in Section 35(3) of BNSS. 4. In view of the same, since there is no perceptible threat of arrest, the ABLAPLs accordingly stand disposed of. 5.
