The present writ petition has been filed seeking following reliefs: “(I) That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of the petitioner for perusal of this Hon’ble Court. (ii) That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to grant Senior Selection Grade of Rs. 37400-67000 grade Pay Rupees 8700 (Salary Metric Level-15) to the petitioners from the 01-01-22 on which said right has been accrued in favour of petitoners. (iii) Cost of Proceedings. (iv) Any other relief as this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to grant” 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already submitted representation, it is pending consideration and, therefore, at this stage, direction be issued to respondent No. 1 and 3 to take decision on the representation within specified time frame. 3 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the Respondents/State would submit that as petitioner is not pressing this writ petition on merits and is only seeking a direction to submit representation before the concerned authority, he is having no objection to the limited prayer. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents placed on record. 5. On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the respective parties, facts and circumstances of the case, nature of grievance raised by the petitioner, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit representation before the concerned authority and if such a representation is submitted by the petitioner, concerned authority shall consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted by the petitioner on its own merits in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 02 months from the date of receipt of representation. 6.
