Hence, this writ petition. 2. Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice for the sole respondent and submits that the document would be either registered or refused by a speaking order within one week from the date of re-presentation. 3. By taking note of the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of by permitting the petitioner to re-present the partition deed for registration. Within one week from the date of such re- presentation, the registering officer shall either register the instrument or issue a speaking order if such registration were to be declined.
