CMP No. 10294 of 2026 The present application under Section 151 of CPC has been maintained by the applicant/appellant for release of the awarded amount of compensation alongwith up-to-date interest, which is lying deposited in the Registry of this Court. The application is duly supported with the affidavit of applicant/ appellant. 2. As per the applicant, he is in dire need of money and it is prayed that since the appeal stands already decided by this Court on 23.02.2026, therefore, the entire enhanced amount of compensation alongwith up-to-date interest be released in his favour. 2. No reply is intended to be filed to this application and the learned counsel for the non-applicant/respondent No.3 has no objection in case the prayer made in the application is allowed as no appeal has been preferred against the judgment dated 23.02.2026, passed by this Court and the same has attained finality. 3. Heard. Having perused the averments made in the application, which are duly supported with affidavit of the applicant/appellant, coupled with the fact that judgment dated 23.02.2026, passed by this Court has attained finality, this Court finds it in the interest of justice to release the entire enhanced amount of compensation alongwith up-to-date interest in favour of the applicant/appellant, which is lying deposited in the Registry of this Court, after proper verification and identification by remitting the same to his bank account, details whereof have been given in para-4 of the application.
