JUSTICE ANUROOP SINGHI Order 22/05/2026 1. The matter was heard through Video Conferencing. 2. The present application has been filed by the applicants seeking rectification and modification of typographical error in the order dated 14.05.2026. 3. A perusal of the order dated 14.05.2026 reveals that out of inadvertence, the particulars of the FIR impugned in S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous Petition No.8345/2025 has been incorrectly mentioned in its paragraph No.14. 4. The aforementioned error is a typographical error and thus, taking note of the same, the present application is allowed and the below mentioned particulars in paragraph No.14 of the order dated 14.05.2026 with respect to FIR being FIR No.0321/2023 dated 15.06.2023, registered at Police Station Murlipura, District Jaipur (West), in respect of Regular Criminal Case [2026:RJ-JP:21939] (2 of 2) [CRLMA-235/2026] No.3593/2025 are replaced and substituted by the following details being FIR No.0174/2025 dated 26.10.2025, registered at Police Station Sainthal, District Dausa, in respect of Regular Criminal Case No.3693/2025. 5. Thus, in view of the above, paragraph No.14 as mentioned in the order dated 14.05.2026 stands substituted by the below mentioned paragraph:- “14. Resultantly, the present criminal miscellaneous petition stands allowed and the FIR No.0174/2025 dated 26.10.2025, registered at Police Station Sainthal, District Dausa, and so also Regular Criminal Case No.3693/2025 pending before the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate No.2, Dausa, District Dausa, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, are hereby quashed and set aside.” 6. Consequently, this order be read along with the original order dated 14.05.2026. 7. With the aforesaid direction, the present criminal miscellaneous application stands disposed of.
